![]() Outperforms my 5/5/1/4 Ed and 5/1/2/1 YSG which isnt much but it is big boy Ed and YSG AOE, outperforms my Martel/Aethel, Richard/Joan and Mina/Cao all expertised. Consistently top 5 in Lost Canyon, Top 1 in Sunset Canyon. You max Inf tree and get Rejuvenate/Loose formation. If you put Alex with him you get the best plethora of effects for field. Hi, I know this is old but worth mentioning: The remaining points can be put into 'Undying Fury' for additional rage generation and 'March Speed (Infantry)' in the right wing of the Infantry talent tree. Then, get the entire left wing of the Infantry talent tree which is standard across all defensive infantry talent builds. 'Cage of Thorns' slows all nearby enemy marches by 25% whenever a skill is used - this is critical for kiting play in the field, and also helps Constantine keep up with faster enemies since he will be leading a relatively slow walking infantry march. You get many nice talents along the way, including the mandatory 'Rejuvenation' and very useful 'Emergency Protection'. Get all of the talents necessary to max 'Cage of Thorns' out in the Support talent tree. When building Constantine for the field, you want to maximize his rage generation, make him as tanky as possible, allow him to slow enemies upon casting a skill and give him enough movement speed to keep up with enemies. When Constantine is being swarmed by at least 6 marches, he can have a 5 round rage ability cycle, which means 100% uptime of his rage ability. The last point can be put anywhere - I chose to put it in 'Health' in the Support talent tree. The additional healing is useful as you will probably be pairing Constantine with Richard or WZT, both of which heal your troops. Then, by maxing out the Garrison talent tree, as is standard across all garrison commanders, you will also get 'Nowhere to Turn', which is an additional 6 rage every time the garrison is attacked.įinally, get 'Loose Formation' and 'Elixir' in the Support talent tree for 9% skill-damage-taken reduction and 9% additional healing. Along the way to 'Rejuvenate', you will get 'Burning' Blood, which is 9 additional rage from every normal attack. ![]() This means getting 'Rejuvenate', which restores 300 energy per rage ability rotation. When building Constantine as a primary garrison commander, your first aim is to get as much rage generation as possible so that his debuff can be on the enemy rally almost all the time. The first is as a primary garrison commander, and the second is as a supporting infantry march to grant buffs to friendly units, or to inflict debuffs on the enemy. There are two key roles Constantine plays in your lineup. It adds a straightforward 20% edge over the enemy in the form of 15% attack and 5% defense to all troops. ![]() His expertise, ‘Sole Augustus’, is much simpler. This skill can only be triggered once per hour when Constantine is fighting on the field - it can be refreshed by sending Constantine back to the city. This however comes at a cost of a 30% reduction in all healing effects after the skill is triggered. 'Cross of the Divine', his fourth skill, grants his troops a big, one-time heal of 15000 healing factor, and 40% skill-damage-taken reduction once troops are at 50% strength. 'Impasse', his third skill, increases garrison and watchtower attack by 10% each, further solidifying his role as a garrison commander. 'Allegiance', his second skill, is a 40% bonus to infantry health which contributes to his sustainability on the battlefield. His rage ability 'Edict of Milan', reduces enemy attack by 40% for 5 seconds and reduces all damage taken by nearby friendly armies by 10%, making him great as a garrison commander or as a supporting swarm commander. Doing so results in a fast casting support march which takes hits very well, and will have a huge influence on the outcome of big battles.Ĭonstantine is a top tier garrison commander who swings massive field battles in your favor when paired with Joan His unique talent tree combination of Infantry, Garrison and Support allows him to be paired with another support hero such as Joan on the field, as an infantry march. Governors were seen using him as a garrison commander with great effectiveness in Ark of Osiris League Season 1. He brings a nice blend of tanking, friendly unit buffs and debuffs on the enemy to your commander lineup. Have a question on another commander?
